Server side tracking

Pixel & Conversions API, done right.

If Meta cannot see your sales, it cannot find more buyers. I set up Pixel and Conversions API so purchase data is complete, deduplicated and trusted by the algorithm.

What is included

  • Pixel and Conversions API on Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, ThriveCart or a custom stack
  • Event deduplication between browser and server so nothing is double counted
  • Event Match Quality improvements with hashed customer parameters
  • Domain verification and event configuration in Business Manager
  • Catalog connection for dynamic product ads
  • Custom conversions and reporting columns so you can read your funnel at a glance
  • Test report showing every event firing correctly in Events Manager

Why Conversions API matters

Browser tracking alone loses a share of conversions to ad blockers, iOS privacy settings and cookie limits. Conversions API sends the same events from the server, so Meta sees a fuller picture and optimises toward real buyers instead of guesses.

Done badly it makes things worse: duplicated purchases inflate ROAS and mislead every budget decision. Done properly you get one clean purchase per order with strong match quality. On a Swiss jewelry brand I set up from scratch, the Pixel reached a 98.77% match rate with a 217 product catalog connected.

Common problems I fix

  • Purchases showing twice, or not at all
  • Low Event Match Quality warnings
  • Pixel connected to the wrong Business Manager
  • Events lost after a theme or checkout change
  • Business portfolio transfers of pages, Instagram accounts and catalogs

Frequently asked questions

Does Shopify already include Conversions API?+
The Shopify Meta channel can send server events, but it is often misconfigured, connected to the wrong pixel or set to a low data sharing level. I check and correct all of it.
Do I need Google Tag Manager or Stape?+
Not always. For Shopify the native integration is usually enough. For custom stacks and funnel tools, server side tagging gives more control.
What access do you need?+
Partner access to your Business Manager and collaborator access to Shopify. No passwords are shared.
How long does setup take?+
Most setups are finished and tested within 1 to 3 days.
